Smiles Part2

On the way back from work i was still following my smiles for free formula, i was suddenly hit by the idea about why ppl were frowning all the time. They are angry, angry at themselves, angry at others , angry at God, angry at mother nature, angry angry angry! Part of this anger comes from the frustration that is linked to the belief that they cant do anything about their lives in order for them to be happier. I was suddenly reminded of the move "The pursuit of Happiness". Food for thought, if we don't control our lives then who does?

Smile

In the morning today i was coming to work and suddenly i had this urge to just smile. I tried, i tried to just smile for no reason at all. I tried and i tried and i ended up with something in between an amused frown and a silly grin. Why? I looked about me at the people in the other cars and i saw the same thing everywhere, frowns, people ion deep thought, or just blank looks. They say it takes fewer facial muscles to smile than it takes to frown and even then why are people so inclined towards doing more worn than is required? I decided to give a smile to everyone who looked my way. I did give smiles. I got smiles back. :) My day suddenly got better, for NO REASON AT ALL!! :)
