Tolerance

I just came back from my juma prayers. I have prayed in mosques. Dosent matter to me if they are shia or sunni, they are mosques. Places of worship, where people come to be at peace with their Lord. So how can we as humans and insignificant beings name the mosques? It is the Lord's house, who are we to differentiate between who comes there or goes from there? Tolerance is what every religion teaches but hardly is practiced by its followers. Tolerance in everything from religion to fellow beings in the work place and tolerance for your neighbors so why cant we practice what we preach? Nobody was staring at me or passing any comments about how i prayed when i was offering my prayers, so how can anyone say that Muslims are not a tolerant people? Food for thought, who cares what anyone else is praying like?

Ambulance

Everyday coming to and going back from work i see about 3-4 ambulances trying to get through the rush hour traffic, with their sirens howling and lights blazing they still get no room from the cummters to get away.How can we become this numb towards the plight of others? Since when did we become this way?Even the policewala idiots who are directing the traffic are oblivious tot he fact that in the ambulance there might be a person who may die because of the delay in reaching to the hospital, all they are concerned about is the vvip movement that they have to clear the roads for!!! day before yesterday a colleague was telling me that according to a news report 6 people died on their way to the hospital in an ambulance on the 2nd of September! People please when u see an ambulance give it room to pass no matter if it is a genuine case or otherwise, you never know when you may be the one needing to get to a hospital,FAST!
